PullCue helps compare a comic with your collection, preferences, and asking price. Its suggestions are rules-based assistance, not grading, authentication, an appraisal, or investment advice. Confirm the issue, edition, condition, and seller's terms yourself. Catalog data, barcode matches, and recognized cover text may be incomplete or incorrect; a match does not guarantee an exact variant or printing.
Free access and Pro
Free use includes up to 150 collection records, title/issue search, barcode scanning, cover-text recognition, and buying verdicts where supported by your device and available data. PullCue Pro is USD 19 paid once and unlocks unlimited collection records and CSV export. It is not a subscription. Automatic visual variant detection, deal alerts, collection market-value estimates, cloud backup, and live multi-device synchronization are not included in this offer.
Pro has no scheduled expiration or recurring renewal charge. Your Pro access is yours permanently unless the payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or access is restricted for misuse. A purchase does not guarantee uninterrupted hosting or future features. Online verification is needed to establish Pro access after reopening the app or changing devices. Protect the purchase email account because recovery requires access to that inbox.
Your data and responsibilities
Your collection remains yours. You give PullCue only the permission needed to process information for the features you request. Do not submit information you have no right to use. Keep a manual archive; payment recovery cannot recover an erased collection. Existing collection records remain readable and editable if Pro verification fails or paid access ends; normal additions above the free allowance and CSV export require verified Pro access. Manual archive portability remains available without Pro.
Do not access other users' purchase records, misuse recovery links, bypass security controls, send malicious requests, or redistribute third-party catalog material contrary to its rights. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users and the service, subject to applicable law. Buying decisions and transactions with comic sellers remain between you and those sellers.
Purchases, changes, and your rights
The Billing and Refunds page explains delivery, recovery, and refunds. The Privacy Policy explains data handling. Those pages form part of the information for this offer. Provider outages may temporarily prevent identification, payment, or verification. Contact support@pullcue.com if you paid but cannot use Pro; do not pay twice to troubleshoot.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, or special governing-law clause is introduced by these terms. Changes will carry a new effective date and will not add recurring charges to your one-time purchase or retroactively remove its stated benefits.
